If you do not sow, you shall not reap. It’s hard to work in the fields, it takes a great deal of work, patience and perseverance. You have to wait for your efforts to bear fruit. You can’t sow today and expect the fruit to be on your plate tomorrow! You have to fight with fatigue and doubt, you have to fight against the elements, pests, creditors, intermediaries. Yet the Earth ALWAYS delivers…it nourishes you and rewards your love and patience. The seed turns into fruit and when the moment comes, you pick it. There are lessons to be learnt from the Earth. Work with yourself like the farmer who works in the field. It is the first step against workplace bullying.
